Write and control: Write everything that is going on in your mind. This will help you to analyze the reason behind break up and what went wrong. Even write down what wasn’t fair on your part. The next step is to have a control yourself. For this you can get involved in any activity which you enjoy.

Discuss with friends: Use your friends as a tool to get over depression. You need to share with your friends what you are feeling. Do not get involved in any dates that come, give yourself some time and spend time with friends while you are getting over it.

Re-examine: Well you have had a break up, but then you have cried, deleted, wrote, controlled and many more such activities, now it is the time to re-examine. Start planning about the future and get involved in new activities, projects and hobby. This will give you a plenty of time to come out of it and find someone who will care for you.
