How does the common cold affect your body?

In the event of one having a weak immune system, these viruses attack ones system frequently. The immunity of a person can be weak due lack of rest, being overexposed to cold and rainy weather, and lack of vitamin D among other causes. Lack of proper acclimatization process of the body after changing environments can also weaken the immune system. In such instances, the human body becomes a haven for all the existing viruses in the environment. Children are most prone to common cold since their immunity system is in the developing stage and hence it’s weak. However, no particular cure has been found for common cold due to the various subtypes of rhinoviruses which are present and thus difficult to point out one from the other.
